Park Lane Cottages was developed with the intention of serving as model for the Walnut Grown Pocket Neighborhood, but certainly stand out all on their own.  Two units, the Erin and Hilltop in the middle of quaint up and coming older neighborhood in Holt.  The cottages are a football throw from the new Esqer Square development that is bringing commercial and luxury residential living to downtown Holt.  The Hilltop Cottage is a 1001 square foot single story, and the Erin is a 1600 square foot two story.  Each cottage has an attached garage and large porch, perfect for sitting and watching the hustle and bustle of the vibrant Holt Community.
